11+ years experience supporting individuals with Additional & Complex Support Needs
UKBA(cert), BCBA, MSc. Behaviour Analysis and Therapy (2017)

I have supported across a wide range of settings and ages over the past 11 years. My passion is helping others understand the reasons behind concerning behaviours and the importance increasing important skills and adapting environments to support those with Additional and Complex Support Needs. Through BG Behaviour Consultancy I aim to make positive impact to the quality of care and support for local settings.
I'm especially dedicated to improving awareness and leading on reduction of restrictive practices and restraint in educational and care settings. Too often those with Additional Support Needs are overly restricted or excluded without suitable plans to reduce or remove such restrictions.
My focus is primarily on supporting settings in my local community however I do consider referrals outside of the highlands.
